I. Project Overview

This project is an automated intelligent transformer testing system customized by Nanke Electric for Xidian Jinan Transformer Co., Ltd. The customer was formerly known as Jinan Transformer Factory, established in 1952, and is affiliated with China Electrical Equipment Group. It is a state-controlled enterprise, recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a national-level excellent smart manufacturing scenario unit. This system is tailor-made for the customer’s core products, including special transformers, dry-type transformers, distribution transformers, and packaged substations, achieving fully automated, high-precision, standardized testing, thereby providing strong support for product quality control and smart manufacturing upgrades.

Impedance Range: 4%~10%
